actually, it was supposed to be only 13 episodes, ending with "search for et". even the history channel
website says 13 episodes. however, if you look at the "the universe" dvd set - they have a bonus disc
called "beyond the big bang".

yes, this is 90 minutes instead of the normal 45.

i liked this episode a lot more than the others.
