they showed the angel, they blurred the ti*s out, but when they showed the
finished piece, they didn't!
i mean,c'mon, blurring ti*s out on a tattoo? weird!

not really "americans" it is just the fcc which wants to cover all the bases it
can in controlling what goes out onto the air.
