never ever disable dht on thepiratebay torrents. if the tracker doesn't
respond, you won't be able to download the file. with dht enabled, that's never
a problem.

pdtv in usa is from 1080i/720p channels when they are not broadcasting hd
but a dvd upconvert. you will see bars on the side (often 4:3 in usa) and
sometimes on the top and bottom

pdtv in uk is just from about any station doing 720x576 mpeg-2 @ 4mbit
regardless of 4:3 or 16:9 cause its the full picture with no bars and stretched
to the right ar

but even if you captured an exact replica of the broadcast in usa thats not from
a hd channel it would be dsr. and of course tvrip if analog source.
