that thing thats suppose to be on at all times cause it reaches out to more
peers then just the trackers alone and even works when the tracker is
down...

simple, enable for dloading from here, disable it when dloading from private
ones, or in the case of azureus, you can choose the peer locations, meaning you
can disable it on ones that come from private trackers,
its not complex to use these settings, just a click here and there when trackers
go down and your sorted.

oh come on, use your head. what kind of stupid private tracker doesn't have it
disabled on the torrents automaticly?
i have dht and pex enabled and here is what happens when i grab something from a
private tracker....

as you can clearly see from the pic despite that i have dht and pex enabled the
private tracker torrent is set to automaticly disable them like every real
private tracker does, duh!
so dont disable it because it will help during public trackers and do nothing at
all with private ones.
