all aaron corbett ever wanted was a normal life. but on his eighteenth birthday
he will find out that he has a destiny beyond his wildest dreams. caught in a
battle between opposing celestial forces, aaron will have to make a difficult
choice.

on aaron's eighteenth birthday, life as he knows it changes forever. he develops
unusual powers and a strange dream haunts him. a homeless man named ezekiel, who
claims to be a fallen angel, tells aaron that he is a nephilim, part human and
part angel, and the powers, an army of angels, are coming to destroy him.

aaron at first cannot believe that he has been drawn into a centuries long
battle between the powers and the fallen, a group of angels who have been
banished from heaven. soon he will have to accept the truth as inexplicable
things keep happening around him, his abilities increase and strange people
start following him.

eh there's not really a tv series, they took the 4 episode mini-series they
were going to do and are airing two new episodes a night yesterday (saturday)
and tonight, to make it into a 'trilogy'.. "the beginning" was the 2006 movie,
saturday's episodes were grouped as "the journey" and tonight's are grouped
as "the destiny"

so basically this is some sort of right-wing christ-crap.

no, not rw christian crap, actually pretty cool and out-there for a "family"
channel. if you have done any study into the metaphysical/spiritual you will
find similar stories in all cultures/religions.

sounds exactly like a rip off of the movie the prophecy 3: the ascent (2000)
check it out, hopefully its not lame

interesting, last time i checked, god wasn't owned by any particular wing of the
political spectrum, although they may like to act that way. let's just all agree
that the christian belief is not owned by the republicans, shall we? or are all
democrats godless heathens? again, last time i checked, that wasn't the case.
