only e04 aired today, 3 last week 2,1 about 2 weeks ago
some info for those that missed s04e01 hdtv
this is a 16:9 hdtv source rip of the show which is much higher quality and more
picture then the 4:3 cropped dsr. skyone is about 2 weeks behind usa network

mmm is there any difference between the hd rip and the dsr? (as in censor/cut
out parts to shorten the show?)

no. this may appear a minute shorter but thats because its sped up 4% for the
pal frame rate of 25.0 instead of 23.976

any comments about the video quality of this release (and eps 2 & 3)?
bia's release of episode one had incredibly bad video quality (considering it's
supposed to be from an hdtv source).

the bia version of 3 that i've got has artefacts all over the place after there
has been any movement.

there are other releases out there if you don't want to wait. sfm has both a
720p and hr release that's good of ep3 - and there's the same for ep4 out now
too. not easy to track down though.

poor quality. bia team should improve the video quality, i hope so.
std. deviation of drf is 2.26 : too high.
dexter releases are so good and drf std. deviation od drf is 1.40.
rome hr releases are 1.42 and also are so good video quality.

episode 5 by bia released allready from sky one hd 720p broadcast just noticed bskybs own name in the
credits tonight as i watched it live. encoding is dam better on these than the dsr 4/3 picture . no propers
needed here.
