i'm trusting it's good and cable shows don't get censored, i'm guessing you
missed some of the better shows if you didn't know that.

show is garbage. that guy is type cast because of the x-files...impossible to
watch him do anything else. don\'t be blinded by the tits... come on.

this is one ... odd comment.
are you sure you know what the phrase "type cast" actually means ?

do you have a point? i\'m simply implying that every time david duchovny appears
on the screen he is recognized as fox mulder and at any second it seems like a
ufo will fly over and something x-files[ish] will go down. do you see gillian
anderson doing any other shows these days? nope - shes not an idiot probably.
my point is that after you do the same show for 10+ years yer kinda screwed...
in a type-cast type of way.

yeah - i thought that's what you might mean, and it's a fair point.
type-cast is not quite the same thing - it's more about implying that an actor
only gets given the same sort of roles again and again, because it's perceived
they can only play one sort of character.
if anything this is a case of the exact opposite of type-casting, as he's
playing a character completely unlike mulder.
personally, i think he pulls it off ok.

david duchovny has been doing lots of other projects since the x-files and
gillian anderson has also been doing tons of work in the uk. she is a british
actress.

i agree that he does seem to be pulling it off well. i dont think the term
type-cast is restricted to a rolls definition for an actor. a type - can be
anything. maybe i\'m not saying he is being recast as the same type but he hasnt
done a good job of diffusing the obviousness of it.

superb pilot. got me hooked from the first minute..what an opening scene,
pissed myself silly.
man, when you found out the bird's age at the end, damn she's got great tits
and a sweet arse...16? is that wrong? (not forgetting the 10 year old
sucking on a bong ... priceless).
anyone got any info on the 1st series, when/if it will start? what with
lost/heroes (pretty much any decent show) on a break, i need something to help
with my addiction..big brother uk is going to be shite with no charley, i need
something to watch.
