looks like bluetv's back to its old tricks. this looks almost as bad as their
4x01 encode. ☹️

yeah, 'tis a waste of bandwidth. sorry, i know these guys go to plenty of
trouble but quality has to count for something.

looks better than the 233 file, but this isn't a great release
