i love all these types of shows, bear grylls, les stroud & ray mears all have
something to offer.. of course there are always gonna be people in here that
post negative comments, seems to be the same ones.. & always aimed at reality
shows.. says more about them than the shows they critique i think..

i feel really sorry for the guys knocking the show:
you must be waaaay overweight, sitting alone in your dark room all day with no
friends nevermind a girlfriend... poor dudes...
and the guys knocking the sas... nothing but trolls... i've only been in the
ccf (kind of a school-military) and some of their camps were hard enough for my
liking, i don't even dare to think how hard some of the sas-stuff would be...
i'd love to do some parachuting, though...
i love this show! and just because he's got a crew with him, that doesn't mean
they help him unless it's a life or death situation... and even if! some of the
stuff he does, i wouldn't even do if i was 5 meters from a hospital!
thanks for mentioning the survivorman show! d/l now and greatly looking forward
to it!

totally agree with some of you (les stroud) is way better, bear even admits
there are camera men with him. i no that if i was a camera man i wouldn't want
to be "surviving" i would be living it up. so who is to prove that the camera
men are not giving bear food etc. i think this show is entertaining but... to
much hollywood for me i will stick to survivor man

this show is definitely weak compared to survivorman, they obviously wanted to
rip off les' show but they couldn't find anyone willing to actually do what les
does and actually do a survival show. where les has to rely entirely on himself
while also handling all of the filming at the same time, this guy has a whole
support team to do all the difficult stuff and if he managed to hurt himself
doing one of his foolish stunts, they'd have him off to a hospital in half an hour.
oh well, not everyone can be a real man like les. i sure couldn't do what he
does... but most folks could do what this joker in this show is up to, then
relax with the crew afterwards.
