it means this episode was already released a long time ago. in this case its
the.collector.s03e08.hdtv.xvid-mint from a year ago.

whats the proper terminology to use when they take something that has been out
on p2p for 9 months, relabel it, and release it as their own rip?

its called "nuked: stolen.from.p2p"
but these are not nuked. maybe no one noticed.
although i would find it impossible to not wonder about a group all of a sudden
releasing an entire season from any kind of tv rip since they are usually done 1
by 1 when ripped from analog/dsr/pdtv/hdtv
so far they have stolen from p2p
the collector s03
the collector s02
the collector s01
metalocalypse s01
celebrity paranormal s01
tremors s01 pdtv
blood ties eps -ser did
birds of prey
and a couple more small stuff
they are just a 95% p2p stealing group and getting good credits by doing that too
