but seriously, this should be nuked for -incorrectly- having ivtc performed.
it's 23.98fps, but it's true ntsc, so we are now missing every 6th frame.
this makes is a bit choppy and it's quite obvious when there are certain shots
that pan.

the majority of the release which is the talking needs the ivtc.

the tbs release is a dupe.

maybe, but there are so many bits where they show the boats and now those are
jerky. the talking bits wouldn't suffer visible quality loss by keeping them at
ntsc.
