site has been going on/offline a little bit, but it seems to be working fine
now, and was working great an hour ago when i downloaded it. maxxed out my
connection.

so to have a faster connection and less internet usage being used, should i
lower the global maximum upload rate or raise it? what about the other two
settings? thanks.

why are people on mininova complaining that it crashes windows explorer and wmp?
i'm having problems myself with the xor release... downloading the ac3 release
now...
