hi, does anybody know how to view an .avi file with the subtitles as the
subtitles are in a separate .srt file, how do u combine the 2 to watch it?
does it depend on software or u have to do something? i use vlc

the subtitles files needs to in the same directory level as the video file. when in vlc go to the 'video' menu
and it should have a 'subtitles track' and you should see disable & hopefully another menu item which
should be your subtitles.

this one does not have the same glitch as the sorny & proper versions.
