if you can - limit your upload speed to 80% of its max.
i have a 2mb dl / 256 kb ul connection and when downloading i set the upload
limit at 22 kbs. this speeds up the download - i wont bore you with the
details. when dl is finished set the ul limit back to max.
it takes me between 45 and 90 min to download an ep.
oh, another thing: if your isp has traffic shaping in place then it can
throttle your speed at peak times, i.e. evenings and weekends. like other
peeps, i kick it off thurs am so its ready when i get back from work.
