in other words - nothing apparently wrong with the cap/encode - it just
doesn't follow scene rules. don't worry about grabbing the xor proper unless
this is important to you.

why is the rule that it must it be 350? is it so two can fit on a cd at a time

that is not the real reason. the real reason is it is oversized because
it was only done via a single pass and the quality sucks. what is worse
each segment was single passed and uploaded, so not even the whole ep in
one run was single passed. this show compresses great but with lol's
crap release even being oversized it only has a q6 average haha
