lets hope it doesnt get nuked cos of "2mb oversize. scene rules 350mb"
does it really matter?
thanks from germany
yeah even if it gets nuked (but it wont) for being
2mb oversized then what difference would that make at all if you already
downloaded it. there would be no point for you to download another release
simply for it being 2mb smaller
and 2sd and 2hd have been doing stuff oversized like that for a while (even
though the tdx rules say 350mb not 352)

i think the original poster said his/her comment in sarcasm, because there was a
previous release last week where the size of the release was 18mb undersized,
but still had the same quality.
then again i could be wrong, and the original poster is a pedantic bastard! =d
reason why 350mb will never be replaced is because the larger the file, the more
likely people will download & split. plus, the increase in video quality is
marginal; it's much quicker to download 350mb vs. 700mb; and frankly i don't
want to wait for the extra time to download an add'l 350mb for the same show
that i will eventually delete once i'm done watching it.

why are people downloading this low resoulution file
time to revolutionize
why arent all shows released 720p?
many shows are available at 720p
it is time to revolutionize to the new generation of video
i would agree on behalf of the majority of eztv downloaders that 720p releases
should replace hr and the
low res 350mb file.
:-d
yes... i like the 350 much better for sure... i watch everythin off my comp
onto my tv and my tv isn't hd or anything so you can't tell any difference
anyways... people need to quit complaining and just be happy they don't have to
watch it with comercials like suckers
also, i watch these shows on my tv, not my computer. the 350mb xvids always
play perfectly on my standalone dvd player, but the 700mb xvids never work.
is it me or did the first quarter of the ep (maybe the first third, i didn't
really kept track of time) weirdly encoded ? it seemed to have a jerky picture,
with small hiccups every now and then, as if the frame paused for a fraction of
a second... it was especially noticeable during travellings, such as when jimmy
wakes up in the forties, and the camera pans across the daily planet.
and then, after some time, the problem suddenly disappears, and the rest of the
episode is
flawless. i wondered if it was my comp or my codecs, but a friend of mine
noticed the same thing...

i said it because there have been releases nuked for being 1mb oversized!
its rediculous!
and im exactly opposite of pedantic!
people complain when shows like american chopper and mythbusters arent scene
rips and arent hdtv and complain they arent watchable.
as long as i watch the freakin show im happy 🙂
and yeah i agree, was pretty boring episode. what were they thinking?!
