what's the difference between this one and the 720p one and the regular 350 mb one?

bad quality on fast scenes

each one has a higher resolution:

720p hdtv 1280x720
hr hdtv 960x540 (and is ripped from a 1080i source with ac3 audio)
hdtv 624x352

reminding, what minimum hdtv resolution is 1280x720, other versions is only
down scalled version of hdtv video.
