according to the pre sites it has been nuked, and gothic have released a repack
without complaint which woudn't have happened if it was unfounded.
as far as why mininova comments hasn't shown anyone complaining...
* sync issues don't always appear the same on all systems and there's been no
mention of how badly out of sync it is.
* i think it only needs to be a small amount for a relatively short time to be
nuked but it may not be noticeable.
* some people have downloaded the file but not actually watched it yet and
others are probably complaining in other forums about the download they got from
mininova rather than on the mininova forums.
and others don't care because they fix it themselves using virtualdub etc. or
use a player which can correct sync like mpc or vlc.

yes, it's out of sync. yes, get a different copy if you can. is it drastic?
it's very noticeable but not 100% awful - just...40% :d
as for the series itself? it's great. however, i wasn't expecting all the sex
(straight, gay, blah blah)
