there's a couple of buttons on the electrical outlet of the shared wall from garage and house usually. when you get a power surge and something goes haywire.. those buttons are your friends. before you hit up the breaker box anyways. hope this helps =p |

fair suck of the sav! us aussies aint taken over are we? sure i remember spotten heaps of yanks in that 'why all the hate' thread. mind you most yanks spit the dummy when ya givem a gobful, but hey we're always ready to lair it up, even when neither side has buckley's at getting a deadset blue going. we much prefer to grab a coldie and veg out in front of the idiot box or go on the hunt for a nice mappa tassie and give it a burl. |

ffs, they're going to think that we talk like that all the time! we're not all yobbo's!!! (well, not all of the time anyways!!) mind you, it isn't until we get on the net, really, that you realise just how much slang we actually use in everyday life. genesis pulled me up once for saying 'bugger'!!! i think he got offended :s |

bugger me ! yeah ya right,to be honest it took a bit to create that piece of fiction, using a page similar to the one aydin referenced, i have never heard of alot of the stuff on those 'aussie slang' dictionary sites, and will probably never use most of them. but on the other hand, there would be alot there that none of us consider 'slang' and dmf, yep 10 days ago ,:) |
