just stubled accross this page, don't know if anyone has seen it before but i
thought it was interesting

that site shows cogeco,canada limits bandwidth...

unless they are capping at 100kbs below their max speeds...

l can never cap my dl speed on it, but l can reach 700ish on private trackers
and have a 70+ ul when l put it on unlimited speed(usually put max ul 40kb/s so
l can play games online without problems

aydin: is there anything you dont know or something you dont plan to do? jeeeesus
