Unban from #eztv?

can i be unbanned from #eztv? it's the fios one.

santa thought i was ban evading, but i changed my nick to show him who i was...

just wondering but what did he do to get baned, *so i can aviod what he did*

i don't see the confusion in here. it's correct that trolling and ban evasion
are grounds for kick ban anyway.

but if an op bans, they don't need to give any reason. just deal with it.
users really have no say in this matter.

also, generally after being banned, especially after a ban evasion reban, it is
never wise to bug the ops to be unbanned. this goes doubly if you ask in a
public forum. it just reminds them of why you were banned, and aggravates them
more. just be patient, and wait for the ban to expire. if it is a permaban,
well, then you're just screwed.

does being banned mean you cant get the torrents, or cant post messages?

i'd assume that it's an irc ban and nothing more. i doubt that they would go
through the trouble to ban the guys ip from all the eztv trackers.
