suprising isn't it? australian television is so refined that you wouldn't
expect mere foreigners to understand it, just look at the shakespeare-esque
neigbours! of course, australians themsevels are the most refined people in
the world, must be the (uk's)criminals blood they inherited in all those
centuries of inbreeding.

please...this show is in english with basic "suprise!" humour. every nob with
rudamentary english skills can understand it.

i think you are wrongly interpreting the comments. the user meant that few ppl
who did not grow up in australia appreciate aussie humour. yes the jokes are
straightforward, but a lot of foreigners just don't find it that funny. but i
do.
