i downloaded it from the first link, and i can't play it with wmp. (i have no
problem opening the other episodes of ncis)

with vlc media player i can, but it stops about 10mins in the episode and just
restarts.

i havent watched this yet but i opened it with vlc and flicked through it, let
it run from 09:34 right through to 13:24 and flicked on through to the end and
it seemed fine.

of course i dont know if there are any glitches or sync probs but your problem
with it stopping at 10 mins doesnt happen here, even with vlc.

must be something else.

i re-downloaded it and it played perfectly in wmp and vlc.
