Login

is there a way that the server can tell you whether you got your password wrong
or username wrong during login? i know some servers can do this. i like to add a
comment or two here and there, but i don't login every time i visit the site;
so, i forget my username/password every once in a while, and it's hard to
remember what i'm getting wrong.
