recent article that doesn't mention downloading tv shows, but i'm pretty sure
the same thing is applicable. specifically: "in march 2004, the supreme court
ruled that downloading a song from a file-sharing system for personal use is
not an infringement of copyright. in addition, it ruled that placing a copy of
a song in a shared directory on one's computer, one that is accessible by other
users over a file-sharing network, is not considered distribution under the
copyright act."

anyways, check cbc's website or run a search on "bill c-60" or some variation
of it.

then again, just checked the wiki article for it: "while bill c-60 does not
alter the right to make private copies of copyrighted material, it introduces
limitations on the use of these private copies. in particular, the bill would
make selling, renting, trading, distributing, and communicating legally-made
private copies of a copyrighted work an infringement of copyrights. this
implies that if downloads via peer-to-peer are "for personal use, and not

season 6 episode 13, when were the other 12 episodes released ?. i come here
nearly everyday to see if there's anything good & i haven't seen any other
epsiodes.

s6e12 finished june 2006. this actually should be the 7th season but officially
they call it the 6th and final season.

oh i see, they definately should call it season 7 though.

well, it is the rest of season 6, so no.. we will call it season 6 🙂

well..... it is, aaaaaand it isn't.

yes: hbo and the creator david chase are calling it season 6 part ii

but, technically, these last 9 eps were'nt even filmed until the first part of
season 6 was finished airing.

it should be season 7

it really doesn't matter to me what season they call it, but they did make us
wait a rediculously long time to finish up the 6th-21 episode season.

and i thought the 3 months that lost goes on break were bad......

also the amount of time that passed between ep 12 and ep 13 (storyline-wise),
was a pretty long break between 2 episodes......

i'm just glad it's back on, and we finally get some closure to some of the
story lines that have been lingering on since season 1 (the ducks)
