ctu nfo:
"crimson's release has bad red chroma on 1/4 of the frames resulting in
blurring and somewhat jerky playback. see included samples. the release is
120ms out of sync 6:13-11:53 and 170ms out 20:47-25:47. there are also
various drops including at 4:00 and 13:00. go canada."

the source of this ctu release is from abc (usa); crimson's was from ctv canada

i agree. up here in canada our broadcasters really suck. i was hoping with
hdtv they would live up to some kind of standard, but yet again they
undershoot the bar. first it was simulcasting (legalized canadian piracy of
american airwaves) now its crappy and sparadic at best hdtv.

the only good thing was i was able to download it and watch it tonight,
because i'm going to be too busy tomorrow. but the quality was driving me
nuts. i'm in love with the 720p versions, so i might download it again to
watch it without being driven up the wall.

ketaxo, as per usual, it's always better to get the hr version.
much fewer bad releases and a lot nicer image and sound quality to watch, too 🙂

350 or 700mb doesn't really matter anymore in these fast swarms.
at least, i'm getting great speeds. i expect the people who download hr
generally have faster lines. it's usually done within 10 minutes.

i was asking because the past 700mb ctu have all had glitches or scene cuts and
the like and just want to make sure this proper one doesn't.

thanks from sona, panama, mike says hello to all of you. we are watching lost
tonight at panama prison. lincoln says hello too to all of you. although the
download speed at the prison is slow, we are doing fine.

i did not see any issues with this file...
watched with vlc, nothing noticeably out of whack...
picture fine, audio sync fine...
good enough for the women i date :-)

is all video dark or just this file? i had a similar problem with all video
after a windows update. i had to roll back my video driver...
