The Daily Show 03 27 07 (DSRip-2SD)

two unfortunate observations on the power hour:

- jon/the show seem to be getting more & more cutesy and less funny/biting.
i couldn\'t get through this last ep (03/27) without skipping ahead several times.

- colbert\'s figurative wink to the viewer that it\'s satire/parody grows more &
more faint, and i feel he\'s evolving into a genuine article douche in his own
right as opposed to merely portraying one.

having said that, there\'s still enough to enjoy and keep me watching, i\'m just
noticing some cracks in the armor. not a hater. 😛

both shows (imo) are a little off their game lately. that's all. hopefully
temporary.

but i still dig that eztv makes them available every day. 🙂
