thanks from malaysia. need more seeders & leechers cos the isp here sucks. on
top of bad international bandwidth, they're limiting torrent d/l further. the
internet here only fast for domestic users within the country. sigh...
btw, my wife likes the show (hot vampire), so keep seeding longer pls.
image quality is terrible. worse than the usual crap by 2sd, like last week.
definitely worse than the average dsrip. i hope a better group notices this
series soon, it deserves it.
almost but not quite
first of all, the vampire isn't a detective, just occassionally helps a private
investigator who used to be a detective.
and so far there's no hint that he wishes to go back to being human and he has
no qualms with drinking human blood.
oh, and there are no other vampires (the probability of it is small since in the
first ep they mention they're very territorial so there's like one to a town)
but good series. i have no idea why people were expecting another angel (the
thought hadn't ocurred to me until all the negative posts last week). this
isn't angel and it's not trying to be, which is why they were disappointed, they
were expecting something else and not open to anything else.
i get the feeling it was written for a female audience more than other similar
shows, there's a few campy bits in but on the whole its a very watchable series
and the lead character... damn she's hot!
and wtf is up with the picture? it's like they took a full screen picture, then
chopped it into wide screen. i noticed that with the last two seasons of rescue
me and it annoyed the hell out of me.
for the record, this series in its own way predates "forever knight." i was
reading the books it's based on years ago and i think "forever knight" aired
after at least the first two books were released. possibly long before. (i'm old
and have no memory for such details as how much time between point a and point b
anymore.)
i haven't noticed any technical flaws but i've only watched the first episode
from a download, so i can't say about the other episodes.
