i foresee a lot of cancellations in the future, as nothing really stood out.

and it also seemed each and every one of the shows were just a rehash of a previous show or movie.
is it really that hard to come up with something original?

try it once, you'll see how hard it is. and be aware that whatever you come up with is going to
sound way better to you than to anyone else.

also, you can't blame them for using formulas that are proven to work.

obviously none of those formulas works, as the vast majority of shows nowadays only last one to
three seasons before getting canned.

formula sucks- as attested by recent greats breaking bad, the newsroom, and house of cards.

saying that something doesn't work because other things have worked is a logical fallacy.

how about you go do your own f**king research and write a tv news article for us.
