okelidokelies...
umm, well the direct like to the googlewotsis was a valid link. vid was the notv
release.
hence, i will now pop it into me ol' utorrent and seed like a mofo, because i
support the lot of you leeching, cryng, whinging, bastards, like brothers and
sisters.
all i ask in return, can someone tell me a good util to unrar in linux - and i
mean, multiple rars. everything i tried bolloxed up and i ended up booting to my
xp gaming partition to unrar the bastard....
but yeppers, the dude who posted the gp links, kudos.. got the show in 8
minutes, and now i will seed it, as long as i can.
this is how it should work, imo. hybrid ftw !
you get wot i got, faster !

see, if theyre not seeding, who cares about the ban threat. if they are, then
thats just bollox imo. people who utilize these links and then seed to the
tracker the file was originally downloaded from, do nothing but help - frees up
the tracker for others (gets more peers and less leechers), and also speeds up
the boat at the same time. not everyone is like mined, obviously..
hit and run is far worse.
if ppl like me, are willing to get shit quick (and wankers who brag about
getting things in 10 seconds, at a trazillion kb/s because they don't have to
put up with mandatory bullshit speeds in aus, don't help) and then seed it, as
long as it's the same release, who gives a fuck.
unlike people who spend 2 hours getting an episode and then log off, because
they're arseholes.. but no one will ever know who they are.
i got lost in less then 10 minutes, watched it to verify it was valid and now im
a peer. not one of the thousands of incomplete leechers getting shit at 100kb/s
for hours.
makes sense to me.
but what the fuck do i know...

firstly, thanks for this release and thank you to those who prepare and seed
these shows. i have said in many posts how grateful i am and i really, really
am!
now, since you are having a convo about seeders here i think this is a great
opportunity for me to ask some advice. i live in greece and have a 2mb adsl
line (not terribly fast but not terribly slow either). i want to seed after i
finish downloading and i do seed for as long as i can but i think i'm having a
problem with bitlord that is affecting my pc. it keeps disconnecting my
internet and i think it's constantly crashing my pc in general. consequently,
no matter how long i try to leave the program open to download and then seed,
i have to constantly restart my pc and the program and it just gets really
tiresome.
i read some advice somewhere on the net about how i can tweak my preferences
so that my modem doesn't get flooded by peers (i think peers...) so now the
net doesn't disconnect so often but my pc has serious problems when bitlord is
working.
i've tried azureus but didn't like it.
any advice from you guys about another prog i can use besides bitlord? i'm
not that knowledgable about this stuff and you all seem to know what you're
talking about so i'd love some advice so that i can seed more because god
knows, seeding is what makes the world go round....
thanks for any and all advice!

some of us simply _can't_ seed. our isps cap our upload 32kb/s (so 22kb/s up
max to not kill the connection) then threaten us and remove our internet
connection for the month if we upload too much (what this amount is we aren't
told).
the second i get a less raw deal i'll start seeding until then i will cut and
run (which still results in a roughly .5 share ratio (which is very close to
the limit for my isps max upload (i think...)))

hia maya.
ok let me start by saying, your download speed of 2meg isn't going to hinder
your ability to seed. i have 24meg. ovchoars, i can never get 24meg (damn fast),
being that my distance from the exchange says i get 14 mbps max (and how i order
death to!)
what.. umm.. i download at nice speeds, so shut up.. sheesh.
oh yeah.. hi again maya !!
oh god now i'm lost.. where was i..
oh yeah !!
maya, your download speed compared to your upload speeds are separate. however,
the more you can upload to the more people you meet in torrent land, means you
download fate...
...who the fuck am i talking to ?
shit im not even stoned, im just wasted.. i hate this..
oh god

aydin1954 --> i'll check it out, thanks!
winofiend --> lmfao!
again, it's not that i'm worried about my upload speed, it's that i think
bitlord might be doing a number on my pc, causing my net and pc to crash.
anyway, i'm going to try utorrent i think and see how that goes.
winofiend, you managed to make me reminicent of my high speed cable line i
used to have in canada. god i miss cable... sniff!
thanks though

isps that cap uploads must be pretty crap.
i upload arnt 40gigs a month and they dont say anything.......
my isp is nice >>>>
i get plenty of downloads also 40gigs...
so i m not complaining........
just download crap overnight and watch it during the day or in the afternoon.
i download at night during my isps offpeak and seed during peak...
its called time management duh.....not that hard..
cheers

thanx,
this is a second try, hope it works.
i just can't figure out how you can dl so fast??
i've got rogers hi-speed and i'm lucky to get 15kbs. it takes 2 -3 days or
sometimes a wk to dl 1 episode.
i've tried all kinds of this to speed things up but no go.
i'm still glad i can dl quality stuff thought.
