i was afraid that we weren't gonna see the final 2 eps of sg1 - for some reason
i thought it may have been capped from cable. but, huzzah!

the stargate sg1 episodes are great and all, but i was starting to wonder if all
they were doing now was filler episodes now and forgetting the story, since this
is the last season. glad to find out i was wrong!

2 'or more' movies.. theyre going to make more movies if the first two are
profitable enough.

i love how in the last episode they gave the fans a clue as to why the show was
being canceled. i don't know if anyone else got it.
i am okay with character driven shows from here on out. what can possibly be
done anyway in such short time.

btw , so they cancel the show but they go for movies. as usual the guys from
scifi use a special logic of thier own. why everybody else goes from movie to
series, scifi goes the other way around. anyway, i must say that since they took
other the franchise they have managed to totally screw up the quality while. bsg
is another example...that show is incredible boring and predictible.

umm, stargate started as a movie.
can't agree about battlestar galactica - it's one of the best dramas currently available.

scifi isn't doing it the other way around.
the franchise belongs to mgm. scifi canceled the series, becaus it was too
"expensive" (although one of the most successful shows...). now mgm doesn't
want to let the franchise die, becaus it is very successful and has a big fan
base. but because of some contract things with scifi they are not allowed to do
a series, so instead they decided to make movies. besides, on mgm's official
sg1 page there is still a series 11 icon with a question mark, so maybe we'll
get a new series after the movies...
