jon stewart will take a 12 week hiatus from "the daily show" this summer to direct his first
movie, "rosewater". [st]while stewart is absent, john oliver will fill in with 8 new episodes[/st].
in his absence, daily show regular john oliver will be guest host for eight weeks of fresh new shows.

yeah i saw this. john oliver is awesome. i can't wait to see the episodes where he hosts. 🙂

8 weeks, not 8 new episodes. (8*4)=32 new episodes, by my calculations.

i think john oliver will make a good host. i remember when jon had time off before and colbert took over
and it was some of the best episodes i've seen.
