watched this a few days ago when i saw it advertised at the end of selfridge. a bit of a cliche setup,
partially disgraced cop transfers to the boonies. but it's pretty good so far, good to see it here now.

it may sound cliched but it has david tenant in it. yum.

the first episode was well received...excellent ratings and viewer reviews.

another cop show! let's make a drinking game! for every new cop show, down a glass. you'll be smashed
in no time...

you'll get smashed even quicker if you take a drink for every person who feels the need to post the
same old line - 'not another cop show!'

then they should stop making fucking cop shows.

personally i like several cop shows.
ncis (the first few years, then i got tired of them)
bones (the first few years)
the mentalist (first few years)
person of interest
fringe
the wire
the sheild
southland
luther
dexter
to name a few.

opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.

some people are just happier when they are complaining.

david tennant? i'll give it a try.

people always bash on the genre instead of just giving a show a go and seeing what's what.

even if the overall genre is cop, medical or even legal it still might very well be innovative or even
great in other ways. the acting, the writing, the filming, the audio, the entire approach to a story.
that's what makes it new and different. so please don't bash new shows without factual
evidence in any form or shape of what it's actually like. watch it instead, and then throw the
comment. it might just surprise you after all... 😉
