that depends on where you got the file.
this release from river
top.gear.s19e05.720p.hdtv.x264-river
which is the 720p version got nuked for drifting in and out of snyc.
it got replaced with
top.gear.s19e05.720p.repack.hdtv.x264-river
which is the repack by river.
the sd rip (this file) did not get nuked.

did the repack of the hd also get nuked? it's not listed on the top gear page.
