can some please explain why all the text messages are in german or some similar language?

if you refer to de video (haven't watched it yet). this show it's from netflix, and all 13 episodes
was available for all the on-line subscribers since february 1st. so, you could get the webrip
versions of the 13 episodes. but, for getting the usual hdtv versions we had to wait until some tv
channel bracast the series, and if i think that one of the first channels was a german one, hence
then the german texts.

sounds good. but, i'm not aware of house of cards (2013) airing in germany, or anywhere.
to my knowledge house of cards (2013) is exclusively netflix.

do not address webrips so i'm guessing that evolve believes
that the quality is equal to source/method of hdtv so they used that label.

yes, it's a netflix product, but i live in spain where netflix it's not available, and the show has
been sold to canal + (cable tv) for broadcasting. probably they will do the same in other countries.
i read somewhere (i don't recall it where) that the show was broadcast in germany. although the fact
that the rip is provided by evolve seems a bit strange for a german origin.

one in russia, and sky deutschland in germany, hot and yes in israel, zon in portugal, digiturk in
turkey, belgium
