have you downloaded both files to verify?
in the future, please do not use the word fake.
"fake" is not that same as a title/naming error/mistake.
a fake torrent is when someone [st]intentionally[/st] posts a
forgery - counterfeit - sham - fraud - imitation,
[st]intended to trick you into downloading their file.[/st]
this file is none of those things.

i am downloading both files and will provide addtional information soon.
my guess it that acerbic is correct, that this is mislabeled and is 5x03...
additionally, there is a diffferenct in source & quality...the earlier release's
source was pdtv and this release's source is hdtv.
update [22:10]:
i have downloaded both torrents and can confirm that
being human 5x04 the greater good hdtv x264-fov
is actually 5x03 -- feb 17, 2013 -- pie and prejudice.
an error/mistake in title/naming, not to be confused with a fake.
the posting of a the second version (hdtv vs pdtv) is intentional.
as stated above, the difference between this torrent and
the previous torrent is the source...slight difference in quality.

eztv has never posted fakes!
as stated above, a "fake" is a:
forgery - counterfeit - sham - fraud - imitation
per site rules, use the word "fake" to describe one of eztv torrents
and you are subject to being banned. it's that simple.

this is the sd (stnadard definition) release, not the 720p.
the source for the capture of this release was hdtv.
the source for the capture of the previous release was pdtv.
hdtv & pdtv refer to the source used for capping, not the resolution of the file you are downloading.
the file you download will be sd or 720p (1080 sometimes available on other sites).
if the file name/title does not contain 720p then by default it is sd.

good question. last week's incorrect file name/label caused some confussion and now
we are all waiting for the real epsisode four. i found another s05e04 pre, and judging
by it's release date, i'm fairly certain that it is the real episode four. i sent a message
to the torrent team. hope to hear back soon. if we don't have it by later this evening
i will post an off-site torrent link.
