can someone tell me why this is still on tv? it scored a 1.3 for nbc last week and is always one of

and the background characters have been completely watered down.
i have laughed maybe once in the 2 seasons it has aired and that was due to the background characters.
the laugh track is over whelming, you know it's a laugh track, don't give me it was filmed live
