i have been looking forward to this episode, with luck it will be as good a rip
as last weeks, which was very good...

what the hell are you talking about?! this episode was available weeks ago. is
there something you aren't telling us? a bit slow on your end, is it? what's the
scoop?

well the episode available weeks ago was a dsr (digital satellite rip). this one
is from a hdtv source so it has much better image quality.

the dsr's are below the level of quality i'm willing to put up with, so i wait
for the hdtv rips, and the last couple of bsg hdtv rips have been really good
quality.

so this is what, eight weeks now of people making comments who still don't know
the diffrence between a dsr and hdtv rip?

i wish everyone would stop the constant b1tching about this quality is better
than that quality, is better than this quality. it's getting really irritating.
if people would put as much effort into seeding as they did into moaning /
showing off about "how much they know" about quality and codecs, we'd have our
tv shows down much quicker...

i'm not having a go at anyone, that's my 2 pence worth...

my dad asked me to start downloading battle star for him ..so i asked him what
happened in the last episode, he sed this one is the next one to air the one he
wants to watch ..then i opened the file and its ripped from sky hd,
so im assuming that this is how far they have got on british tv 🙂 hope ive helped

y agree, the level of quality is pathetic, absolutely disgusting for my free
torrents that other people put a lot of effort and time into making.

so i threw my internet in the recycle bin and now i only buy the dvd's to watch
on my home cinema that my daddy gave me with the spare change he found in his
112'th leather wallet he likes to keep in one of his 200 yachts.

yep, bloody awful quality. im not willing to put up with it. no me, not with my
special tastes and needs.


... always want to know how i would sound if i were a complete bitch..

some of you guys need a better hobby, or at least a better understanding of
what you are trying to mock.

when you consider you can get 720p rips now, some of your points of view become
meaningless, even a lot of the hr rips look better than what will come out
later on a dvd, and the 350mb rips can look 'almost' as good as anything else,
if ripped from the right source.

and torrents are not free unless 'your' rich daddy is paying for your internet
connection, and with the amount of tv some of us dl, in countries with not so
great deals on internet, we pay quite an extra premium for the ability to dl
all this wonderful 'free' content, which becomes far less free when we need to
dl it again because the first version was nuked.

in the time and effort category, yeah well that one misses the mark as well,
any idiot with a capture card and autogk knows just how easy it is to rip and
encode something, it's not rocket science, you can automate every step in the
process, a 6 year old child could do it.
and lets face it, the groups don't do it purely for the benefit of man kind
either, it's an ego and glory business, the 'want' the fame, and prestige of
having that infamous xor-fov-lol etc at the end of a torrent title each week.
in fact these guys trip over each other to be the first out there, all you need
do is look at how many nuked releases there are, to realise they are not doing
it for us.


the problem with some of you guys, is your full of sarcasm and mirth, but lack
any real knowledge of the big picture, you sit there and make fun of others,
but in the end we all end up laughing at you...
