last week, jan 09, 2013, a torrent titled "suburgatory s02e09 hdtv x264-lol"
was posted. as stated in the comments/forum for that release, it was mislabled.
the torrent posted on jan 09, 2013 should have been titled: s02e08 -- black thai

this new release, posted on jan 16, 2013, with the word "real" in the title,
suburgatory s02e09 hdtv x264 real-lol
is the correct episode nine: junior secretary's day
