hi why is the file so big i am new to this and the files i have been downloading
are only about 350mb???? and also i am having trouble downloading some files
they dont start at all but when i try another file it works??? and unfortunetley
i cant download this ep. any help would be great, ohh i am using bitlord and
utorrent to download the files

thanx from me too. i wait for these quality 720p releases every week and try to

hey guys, i have a high def monitor and a dual core computer. i downloaded
heroes 1x16 last week in the 720p version and there was a lot of pixelization -
is that the right word for when the picture degrades into bits of color?
1) did other people experience this?
2) i used vlc media player to watch it... should i have used something
different?
3)could the downloading of another torrent at the same time have caused the
720p file to degrade a bit? (i was noy using the computer for anything else
during the downloads.

don't play back in vlc thats the problem.
go here..
http://www.cccp-project.net/
and download the codec pack. this will allow you to play back within windows
media player. i've had excellent results since switching.
check out this site before installing..

check for the hdtv heroes download... you downloaded a 720 release which is the largest that comes on
the site.
some shows come in 3 formats:
hdtv -- 350mb
hr hd -- ~700mb
720p -- ~1000mb

the best way to play these files is with coreavc 1.2 (search torrent sites for
it) in mpc. its the most efficient way.
these files are actually 1100mb not 1000mb and 1100mb = 1.07gb
if you dont want this then get the 350mb rip

did anyone have a problem with the audio on this release?
i downloaded the hr fpn version, and it had major audio glitches when using ac3
passthrough via spdif. although, i have downloaded other groups hr releases of
heroes (and prison break) and i've never had an audio problem before.
if the ac3 audio in the 720p releases is better, i might have to start getting
these.
