a pre-air was released last august and i really appreciated this show !

i saw it on tv, not bad, it has potential. i'll withhold my verdict until more
viewing

i was surprised that they got away with dropping an f-bomb on broadcast
television though.. lol

was it the same as the pilot from last summer? or has it been changed?

is it similar to "smith" ?

i loved smith, too bad political correctness killed it. :<

does anyone know the answer to this? i am 96% finished the preair and am
wondering if there is any difference between the two?

i think the only difference is down to the songs used. in the unaired version,
the climax features arcade fire's "rebellion" (which is awesome), but from what
i read, they had to change it for the final version. it probably didn't clear.

i have yet to watch this... but it better be damn good , since i am still sooo
sad they cancelled studio 60 for this....

what a pity that ppl dont seem to understand studio 60... i think it had
potential to become one strong show .

studio 60 isn't cancelled, not exactly. it's on a "hiatus" while the black
donnelleys runs.

no official decision has been made on whether s60 is returning or not.

oh man, that's too bad!
the last minutes with that song rocked. it's probably the best part of the
episode.

i checked just that last part and they used snow patrol's open your eyes. i
love that song, but i think the scene was better with arcade
fire's "rebellion".

anyway, i hope the show is good too, because i'm gonna miss studio 60.
and people think that the black donnellys is going to be really good, but you
can't really judge from the pilot alone. especially in this case, because we
have no idea what the show is going to be like, since that last scene changes
everything that we've seen.

they probably had to change the music because arcade fire just released a new
album. the people in charge of marketing neon bible wouldn't be too happy if the
release of a major new drama featured an old arcade fire song.

thanks eztv, this show has excellent potential. i didn't download this one
because other than a song or two change it is exactly the same as the preair and
i still have that. great show!

wow. that is one of the worst pilots i have ever seen.
