the second season of tv land's sophomore comedy the exes is getting supersized. the network has
ordered 10 more episodes from the ensemble comedy, bringing its second-season order to 22
episodes. the exes, created by frasier alum mark reisman, stars donald faison, wayne knight, david
alan basche, kelly stables and kristen johnston. it premiered late last fall with a 10-episode original
run and was renewed for a second season in february. the first portion of season 2, which wrapped in
september, averaged 1.2 million viewers in live+7.

i'm always surprised how well these "lame" comedies are doing. i mean, look at melissa and joey, or hot
in cleveland, there are in no way shows that you can call hilarious or good. but the manage to stay on for
several seasons, while other more high profile shows get canned...

the exes had it's charms, but it's just so...nothing special...

i had a look at this when it first came out and didn't think much of it. i gave it a second chance
further into the season to see if it was any better, nope it wasn't. now it has new ep's
ordered...pffft, what a joke.
