are you playing on stand-alone player, what brand/model/version?
are you plaing on a pc or mac, what year/version?
what software video player are you using?
have you tried redownloading the file?
etc...

i downloaded this yesterday and it plays fine on my computer and also sent it to usb and plugged it
in my tv and still fine. then a friend of mine pointed out the freeze comments and i told her it was
ok for me so now she also has downloaded it and watched it on tv. are you needing some codec or
something.??

works fine for me: dl'ed to usb stick, played thru lg-bd570 br player.
