might be nuked; audio doesn't seem to sync properly from the 36 minute mark on, but not sure if

only if it is is 120ms or more out of sync or drifts more than 120ms between any two points (e.g.
needing -80 at one and +40 at another) is considered to be technically flawed.

right on. a second viewing does show it to be a little buggy, but still within the given parameters.
