well, i guess cbs was due for a 60s show given they stayed out last year against pan am and the
playboy club. so, while this still isn't a mad men or the shield, it does have the potential
to be a passable show. i will reiterate that, potential. it still depends on how much cbs
will be willing to stray from the 'network formula'. it's probably a helluva lot cheaper than tpc or
pa were, so they might just keep it a crime procedural. but being 'based on' a real mob boss, they
have the space to get into some meat and potatoes character story. although, i won't hold my breath.
well inorder to make the show last long i think csi or ncis would interfere after 50 years and solve
some unfinished business. the other way its just a 60's show as they said. something tells me that
it could get creative both ways.
