however, your statement, "anyone downloading/uploading will have their isp informed of a
copyright infringement" is not correct. tens-of-thousands of people downloaded this torrent
without receiving a notice. if you happen to be in the swarm at the very moment, or during the time
frame, that they pull the data, then you might receive a notice from your isp. if this concerns you then
i sugest educating yourslef. if your isp is among the providers that is delivering notices then find out
what their policy is regarding the total number of notices you can receive in a given time frame and
what their punitive policy is...do this online, not over the phone with their customer serivce. if you
download or upload a lot and are really concerned...there are several ways a person can hide their true
identity from the swarm.

if i get a notice letter from this show i'm afraid it might ruin the fun of the show for me. as soon as they
start dropping letters it gives the show a desperate vibe that i can't seem to shake. their show did fine,
rating were good, everyone got paid and everyone left happy. why would we wait until the the show is
over to start the lawsuits? they should at least wait until the season comes out on disc before taking
actions. my favorite notice's were from house m.d. a free show on free tv and they drop notices, like
anyone with a vcr couldn't have ripped it. it's a shame weeds is doing this now, terrible way to end a
good series. but thanks for the heads up, at this point a notice is just a letter that causes no repercussions...unlike uwe boll who jumped straight to courtroom hearings.
