99,9% for hours..

is this some new feature from eztv, that i get quick downloads until 99,x%, and then have to stay there
for hours (20 hours at 99,8 to 100% on psych ie)?
this problem started yesterday, and i am just wondering if it is intentional? i'd guess my overall ratio is
about .7 or so, so it's not that bad.
anything else that could cause this?

it's 100% intentional, we spent hours coding up a new tracker to make you wait
for hours on end for the last 0.2%....

but seriously, if you are 100% sure you are using an eztv torrent, then try a
different torrent program, because something is clearly f'd on your end.
but, please make sure you arent downloading a fake torrent or something that you
think is eztv.
if its an eztv it will work! simple as that

well, i tried another app, and this one gave me this error when i got to 99,9%:

this was bittorrent 4.27.2 for mac, the last app i tried was azureus... oh well, tried playing the file, and it
seems to work fine, so i guess it doesn't matter that much..

i am experiencing the same problem with the latest episode of heroes. and i'm
using the most up-to-date version of azereus. from a torrent i got directly
from this site.

so the problem isn't on my end.

the long standing (since the inception of bittorrents) 99.9% `bug` is a client
side issue. it's not down to the tracker.

to clear it, stop and restart the torrent. in some cases you might even need
to do force re-check.

this will either get rid of the shitty peer that's `block locking` you, or re-
validate the last buffered block, depending on which issue is your root
problem.

sorry for the mistake, it's just that this is the first time this has happened
to me in over a year of using azereus, so i got worried.

don't use the latest version of bitcomet or any other software. i get stuck on
99.5% somethimes too. then i deleted everything and use to older software and
it's download fast and complete.

here's a handy guide to future posts you may want to make on forums. as a
bonus this advice will work anywhere, not just here !
