agreed. the show is very well done and really beautifully shot (warning: this show will make you
hungry!). the first show starts with simple recipes that anyone can try and i'm definitely going to
try a few of them if not all of them (it even got me going to start my own herb garden). the tips
are really useful too. great upload and many thanks, looking forward to episode two.

don't know why, but the episodes labeled with c4tv at the end have spotty audio for me, dropping out
rather often, but the deadpixel episodes are fine. thanks for the effort and any help would be
appreciated!

i dload tv, burn to dvd, pop into the bluray player, and watch on the big screen--no small device,
eye-squinting viewing for me! perhaps there's something wrong with the dvd i burned those episodes
onto. i just took them off the dvd and played them on my comp and they sound perfect. i've got a
mystery to work.

i can say that without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most effective video culinary course out
there. he is simple in his explanations and gives you many hints and tips that we usually have to
go stomping through the internet for.
he says fun and confidence and i agree each video is a video of food made by a god and explained so
someone as a peon to him such as myself can effectively recreate. not only that but you take
anything he shows you and change it up a bit or the indigence and you still come out looking like a
champ. these videos have completely changed the way i cook and i am now a better cook. correction: i
am a greater cook than i was before.
i love the way gordon gets so excited and passionate about things when he is explaining to you the
viewer. he is always jittering or hopping a little as he is explaining because he has to stay still
and talk to the camera when all he really wants is to just be turned loose. i have a border collie
dog and she does the same thing when she has to sit still and all she wants to do is show you...just
show you. its truly funny and appreciated.
take my word for it uploader. you have done a great thing here and i appreciate it.
gordon ramsey is a cooking god and i can not stress the importance enough of any budding cook/chief
to watch these videos.
truly a master at work.

sounds like the quality is off. you might have compressed these on one to few disks. try re-doing
them on multiple disks. your software should have some sort of "quality" meter as you place videos on.

not sure if you are burning to blue-ray but its not always perfect. besides. the br disks most
people buy are quite a bit smaller than production ones.

if you have a western digital media player or an xbox or ps3 then just transfer them via flash stick
or ps3/xbox media server. they are quite excellent quality so i would consider not down scaling them
at all. my t.v is 70 inches and they look fabulous on it. so scale is not a problem.
