just to let everyone know. in november 2011 it was announced that fx had officially passed on the
crime thriller/family drama exploring organized crime and nashville "royalty" before the first episode
had even aired.

"outlaw country" was shot as a pilot in 2010, then underwent reshoots in april of 2011 before being
canned, but the pilot was finally aired on fx as a tv movie on august 23, 2012.

so basically this is a tv movie. ***there will be no other parts.*** runtime is 1 hour 23 minutes.

i was about to download before reading it's history above. sounds like a klunker, is it any good?

the sad thing warren is that we can't tell if it is good unless we download and watch it. if it is
crap, then that might be the best outcome since it never will get a continuance. if it is good, then
the same fact might just raise the blood pressure again like so many other good shows canned out of
the gates.

you roll the dice and take your chance but at least we know there is only one episode in advance.

well i take an afternoon off off and bam!!! three new shows that i didn't think eztv would be doing, so
i hadn't setup any new show infomration pages....and i don't plan on it for this one. lol. just not feelin

judge from justified saved the day. haley bennett (annabel lee) looks like leann rimes. anyone

on a scale of 1 to 10 how was it...for a tv movie?

i gave it a go and was hooked on it from the start! real shame it didn't get picked up!
