the audio volume is inconsistent. it gets quieter after an ad-break towards the end, then when
credits roll, the sound goes back to normal. it's minor, but annoying.

probably june 2013, as season 1 started in june 2011 and season 2 started in june 2012.
but that's just a guess. i've seen nothing official.
